Couples Therapy Worthing

Eroticism thrives in the space between the self and the other.

My aim as a Relationship Therapist is to help couples to learn and evolve constructive ways of communication, so both are able to communicate out their needs, fears, feelings, boundaries… and bring more understanding and trust into the relationship, to learn to hold space or for each other, to support and feel supported.

I help you to develop the tools and skills you need to better and challenge beliefs about relationships, sex, love, intimacy in order to allow you to understand, explore and express with one another your feelings, needs and emotions in a constructive way. You will learn how to be there for each other and enjoy life together through who you individually are. .

Constructive Communication

When I work with you as a couple my aim is to help you develop constructive ways of communicating. We will develop the tools and skills you need to better understand body language and messages, to understand and challenge beliefs about relationships, sex, intimacy and the body in order to allow you to share with one another your truth in a constructive way. You will learn how to be there for each other and explore ways to rediscover the passion and sexual drive in your relationship.

Loss of desire in relationship

Through my practice and experience I have seen how intimacy issues within a relationship can slowly become a problem in everyday life, and often it is only when things become very difficult that people seek help. However it is never too late to get support. Getting to the root cause of these issues takes time, and PST is about bringing clarity, awareness and self understanding, so you can then make clear choices about your life as an individual and as a couple.

My intention is to help you understand how you feel and how you can communicate your fears, desires and needs, to hear each other and learn how you can meet and understand yourself and your relationships.
