Throughout my career, I’ve specialised in sex and trauma-informed psychotherapy to support individuals and couples in understanding and resolving the emotional and relational difficulties that often lie beneath sexual and intimacy challenges. These may stem from trauma, miscommunication, shame, or simply a lack of guidance around navigating connection and desire.

I believe deeply in the mind and body’s natural ability to heal and transform. This belief continues to guide my work — because it’s never too late to rediscover pleasure, connection, and joy in your relationships and within yourself.


Beyond Symptom Relief — Toward Real Change

While many therapies focus on reducing symptoms, my approach invites a deeper exploration. In our work together, I support you in moving from “I think I am” to “I feel I am” — helping you connect to your emotions, body, needs, and inner truth.

This embodied awareness becomes the foundation for change. As you begin to take aligned actions, express your desires, and reclaim your voice, the issues that bring you into therapy often begin to shift and transform.


A Trauma-Informed, Mind-Body Approach

I work with an integrative model of psychosexual therapy, combining conscious sexuality, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based techniques. This creates a safe, supportive space to explore:

  • Patterns of behaviour and survival strategies

  • Limiting beliefs about sex, love, and relationships

  • Emotional disconnection or fear of intimacy

  • The ways your past may still be shaping your present

In relationship therapy, we explore how unresolved experiences — frustrations, triggers, avoidance, or shame — may be interfering with the deeper connection you long for.


What to Expect

Psychosexual and relationship therapy can be short-term for specific or physical concerns, or longer-term when working with complex emotional or relational patterns. The process is open-ended, and you decide when you feel ready to end.

I offer a range of daytime and evening appointments, Monday to Saturday, either weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs. We’ll discuss what feels right for you during our initial meeting.
